High Protein Pizza Mac
  1. Add lean ground beef, diced onions, pizza sauce and seasonings to slow cooker and mix

  2. Top with chopped turkey pepperoni

  3. Cook on High for 2-3 hours OR Low for 3-4 hours

  4. Break apart all the meat once done cooking

  5. Add in half cooked pasta and mix

  6. Blend together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, and milk to make cheese sauce

  7. Pour blended cheese sauce over the meat and pasta mixture

  8. Cover and let finish cooking for 15-20 minutes

  9. While cooking, place prosciutto slices in oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy

  10. Break apart crispy prosciutto into small pieces

  11. Bake the entire dish at 400°F for 10-15 minutes

  12. Crumble prosciutto over the top as garnish

  13. Divide into 10 servings and store frozen

  14. Optional: garnish with chives and oregano
