Add lean ground beef, diced onions, pizza sauce and seasonings to slow cooker and mix
Top with chopped turkey pepperoni
Cook on High for 2-3 hours OR Low for 3-4 hours
Break apart all the meat once done cooking
Add in half cooked pasta and mix
Blend together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, and milk to make cheese sauce
Pour blended cheese sauce over the meat and pasta mixture
Cover and let finish cooking for 15-20 minutes
While cooking, place prosciutto slices in oven at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy
Break apart crispy prosciutto into small pieces
Bake the entire dish at 400°F for 10-15 minutes
Crumble prosciutto over the top as garnish
Divide into 10 servings and store frozen
Optional: garnish with chives and oregano
