Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juices) and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
