Noodle Miso Soup
  1. Stir together dashi granules and water in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil.

  2. Once boiling add in noodles and mushrooms. Boil 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in miso paste until completely dissolved.

  4. Stir in spinach and green onions and allow spinach to wilt. Serve hot.
