Combine everything into a cast iron crockpot, except for the coriander and lime
Make sure there is enough water, then place into a preheated oven at 150°C (fan) for 4 hours
Remove from the oven, chop fresh coriander, squeeze in 1 to 2 limes and add optional chilies
Serve with 50g basmati rice and 40g 0% Greek yoghurt
