Add the evaporated milk to the cooked pasta

Add the grated light cheddar cheese and stir until melted
Add the grated light mozzarella and stir until combined
Add the nutritional yeast and stir thoroughly
If the consistency is too thick, add more evaporated milk to reach desired creaminess
