Peaches And Cream Pie
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a prepared 9-inch pie pan and bake for 6 minutes.

  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric hand whisk. Fold in Cool Whip and spread the mixture evenly into the cooled graham cracker pie crust.

  4. In a saucepan on medium heat, whisk together peach Jell-O powder, vanilla pudding powder, and water until smooth. Cook for about 6 minutes until it nearly reaches a boil, then let it cool to room temperature.

  5. Slice fresh peaches and arrange them in a radial pattern over the creamy layer in the pie crust.

  6. Pour the peach Jell-O mixture on top of the peaches.

  7. Refrigerate the pie for 4 hours to help it set before serving.
