Streusel Pumpkin Pie
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. Combine pumpkin, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a large bowl

  3. Beat in eggs

  4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk

  5. Pour into unbaked pie crust

  6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes

  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes

  8. Meanwhile, prepare streusel topping by combining butter, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon

  9. Stir in chopped pecans

  10. Sprinkle streusel topping over pie after 40 minutes of baking

  11. Continue baking until a knife inserted near center comes out clean

  12. Refrigerate leftovers
