  1. Sauté onion in olive oil, salt, pepper. Add mortadella until slightly browned. Add Brussels Sprouts - mix every 2-3 minutes

  2. Drain excess oil from the pan. Add parmesan. Mix. Plate. Add more Parmesan. And salt and fresh ground Pepper.
