Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
In a bowl, mix protein powder, flour, and cocoa.
Add yogurt and almond milk. Stir until smooth and thick.
Optional: sweeten to taste and add vanilla.
Pour into a lined or greased mini loaf pan or muffin tin (makes about 4 small squares).
Bake for 12–15 minutes (don't overbake if you want them fudgy).
Let cool before slicing. Store in fridge for extra chewiness.
