Protein Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix protein powder, flour, and cocoa.

  3. Add yogurt and almond milk. Stir until smooth and thick.

  4. Optional: sweeten to taste and add vanilla.

  5. Pour into a lined or greased mini loaf pan or muffin tin (makes about 4 small squares).

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes (don't overbake if you want them fudgy).

  7. Let cool before slicing. Store in fridge for extra chewiness.
