Preheat oven to 200° C (392° F) or air fryer to 180° C (356° F).
Add tofu in a bowl and whisk well until smooth.
Add sweetener and oil, then mix again.
Add self-raising flour and hold everything together using a spatula or hands.
Once the dough comes together, add chocolate chunks and lightly knead.
Place dough on a baking tray and cut into pieces, adding more chocolate, if desired.
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked through. (180 c for 20 minutes).
