Add chicken breasts to slow cooker, along with carrots and onion.
Sprinkle with poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Pour chicken broth over the top.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low until chicken has cooked through, 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
Remove chicken to a plate and shred roughly with two forks.
Return chicken to slow cooker, and stir in noodles, peas, and cream.
Cover again and cook until noodles are tender, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Stir once halfway through cooking time.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
