Pepperoni Pizza Layer Cake
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your pre-made pizza crusts (typically 400°F or as specified on the package).

  2. If using homemade dough, roll out two equal-sized pizza crusts.

  3. Bake the pizza crusts separately for about 10 minutes or until they are just firm but not fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.

  4. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

  5. Take one of the baked pizza crusts and place it on a pizza pan or oven-safe plate.

  6. Spread a layer of pizza sauce (about ½ cup) evenly over the crust.

  7. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  8. Add half of the cooked ground beef and half of the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

  9. Place the second pizza crust on top of the first layer, gently pressing down.

  10. Spread the remaining pizza sauce (½ cup) over this crust.

  11. Add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, followed by the remaining ground beef and pepperoni slices.

  12. Bake the assembled pizza cake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.

  13. Remove the pizza cake from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

  14. Slice into wedges like a cake and enjoy your multi-layered pizza creation!
