Sanitize all equipment, containers, and utensils to be used in the yogurt-making process.
Scald the milk by boiling it until the screen says 'Yogt'.
Add the yogurt inoculate or yogurt into the milk and mix until dissolved completely.
Incubate the yogurt for about 8 hours or adjust the time for desired tartness.
Store the yogurt in clean containers in the refrigerator for up to two weeks to chill.
