Make the Crunch Layer: In a bowl, mix 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies with 2–3 tablespoons chocolate syrup until slightly sticky.
Assemble the Pie: First Layer: Spread the cookies & cream ice cream evenly in the bottom of the chocolate pie crust. Crunch Layer: Sprinkle the Oreo-chocolate syrup mixture evenly over the first layer. Second Layer: Spread the vanilla ice cream on top. If desired, gently swirl with a spoon for a marbled look.
Top It Off: Sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top. Add whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
