No Beef Burger
  1. Cook the soy chunks in the water until the water is gone (about 10mins).

  2. Stir in the chickpea flour and breadcrumbs and set aside.

  3. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.

  4. Fry the patties in oil until golden brown.

  5. Make the burger sauce by mixing the vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped pickles, sugar, and white vinegar.

  6. Sauté the onions in oil on medium heat until jammy.

  7. Build the burger with the patty, burger sauce, and caramelized onions.
