Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a stand mixer with a dough hook or by hand, mix together the bread flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
Brush the bagels with an egg wash.
Top the bagels with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
Bake the bagels for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
