Protein Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a stand mixer with a dough hook or by hand, mix together the bread flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.

  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.

  4. Brush the bagels with an egg wash.

  5. Top the bagels with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.

  6. Bake the bagels for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
