Cook the chips as per packet instructions.
Meanwhile, season the chicken with garlic granules and mixed herbs, and cook with the bacon until golden and crispy.
In a separate pan, fry the onions in the oil until caramelised and golden, then set aside.
Once the chips are cooked, season if needed, then top with the chicken, bacon and both cheeses.
Pop under the grill or into the air fryer at 180°C for 5 mins or until the cheese is melted.
Mix together all the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Drizzle the sauce over the loaded fries and finish with the caramelised onions.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
