  1. Whisk eggs, yogurt, salt, and spices until well combined.

  2. Stir in oat bran until a batter forms.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat (cast iron works great!).

  4. Add some butter or coconut oil.

  5. Once melted and slightly foamy, dollop in the batter to form three equal-sized pancakes.

  6. Flip when you see tiny bubbles form and you can easily get your spatula under the cake without it breaking.

  7. Cook on the opposite side for 30-60 seconds.

  8. Serve as desired (see above for ideas!).
