Whisk eggs, yogurt, salt, and spices until well combined.
Stir in oat bran until a batter forms.
Heat a skillet over medium heat (cast iron works great!).
Add some butter or coconut oil.
Once melted and slightly foamy, dollop in the batter to form three equal-sized pancakes.
Flip when you see tiny bubbles form and you can easily get your spatula under the cake without it breaking.
Cook on the opposite side for 30-60 seconds.
