Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool.

  2. While pasta cooks chop all your veggies then add them to a large bowl.

  3. Then add cooled pasta, chickpeas, cheese, mayo, vinegar pickle juice, yogurt and seasonings. Toss together until well combined. Adjust seasonings according to taste preference.

  4. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days!
