2-ingredient Protein Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of powdered egg whites with 1 cup of water. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until it's fully hydrated and forms soft peaks.

  3. Add 1 cup of cultured cottage cheese to the egg white mixture. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend everything together until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Use a spatula to smooth out the top so it's even.

  5. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is set and the top is golden brown.

  6. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  7. Slice your protein bread and enjoy it plain, or with your favorite spreads and toppings.
