Baked Oatmeal
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). 2. In one bowl, mix together dry mixture of oats, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts, protein powder, baking powder, spices & add in melted coconut oil & blueberries.

  2. In another bowl, mix together eggs, milk, maple syrup & whisk to combine.

  3. Pour oat mixture into a baking dish and pour wet mixture over top.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown

  5. Serve with some high protein greek yogurt, more hemp hearts, and/or a spoonful of nut butter.

  6. Store leftovers in the fridge, reheat as needed.
