Prepare bang bang sauce by mixing 1 tbsp light mayo, 2 tbsps greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp chili sauce, and 2 tsps rice vinegar
Coat cooked chicken skewers with bang bang sauce
Serve immediately
