    Directions:

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the sliced chicken/pork, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly crispy. Set aside.

  4. In a separate pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chili paste, and honey. Stir to combine.

  6. Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes. Once the noodles are cooked, remove from heat and set aside.

  7. For the creamy garlic sauce, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.

  8. Pour in the heavy cream, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using). Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  9. To assemble the dish, divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Pour the hot broth mixture over the noodles. Top with the spicy chicken, creamy garlic sauce, sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and a boiled egg if desired.

Serve hot and enjoy!
