Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, protein powder, and cinnamon in one bowl.
In another bowl, combine banana, almond butter, and sweetener.
Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
Fold in your mix-ins.
Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly.
Bake 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool before enjoying!
