3 2 1 Ribs
  1. Preheat smoker to 180°F.

  2. Remove membrane from ribs and trim fat.

  3. Season both sides with Sweet Rub.

  4. Smoke uncovered for 3 hours.

  5. Wrap ribs in foil with cider, sugar, butter.

  6. Increase temp to 225°F and smoke wrapped for 2 hours.

  7. Unwrap ribs and discard foil/liquid.

  8. Brush with BBQ sauce and return to grill.

  9. Smoke 1 hour until glaze is set.

  10. Rest for 10–15 minutes, then slice and serve.
