Pakistani Butter Lamb Recipe
  1. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add lamb and cook for 5 mins till colour changes.

  2. Add in ginger garlic paste, cook for a couple of minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add water, cook covered for about 15, till half cooked.

  4. Add spices, yogurt and crushed tomatoes. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes till meat softens.

  5. Stir in double cream and Kasoori methi. Cook out till the oil separates, about 15 minutes.

  6. Garnish with butter, cream and coriander.

  7. Enjoy!
