Healthy Brownie Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix all 4 ingredients together.

  3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a baking sheet.

  4. Cook for 13 minutes. The cookies may seem mushy or like they aren't cooked, but they continue hardening as the cool.

  5. Let sit for at least 10-15 minutes to cool and for the cookies to finish setting all the way.
