  1. Grate cucumber into a bowl.

  2. Add salt, sugar, and dill. Mix.

  3. Add vinegar.

  4. Allow to sit for 20 minutes.

  5. Strain and press out as much as possible from the pulp.

  6. Pour over ice in a 16 oz glass.
