Breakfast Sausage And Corn Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Grease 24 muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

  3. In a mixing bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt and set aside.

  4. In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until lightly fluffy.

  5. Beat in eggs one at a time.

  6. Then add the dry mixture and milk alternately until just combined.

  7. Fold in cheddar cheese and sausage.

  8. Pour batter into 24 muffin tins.

  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the toothpick comes out clean.

  10. Allow to cool and enjoy!
