Soak 20g oats overnight in the fridge in 180ml water (or use a couple of tbsp oats in half a mug of boiling water left to cool for a speedy version)
Strain the oat water into a bowl and squeeze to get out as much liquid as possible
Add three to four tsp honey to taste
Add 120ml whisky and stir to dissolve honey
Taste and add cream for a more indulgent, after dinner drink if preferred
