Enoki "fish" & Chips
  1. Combine flour, spices and sparkling water in a mixing bowl, whisk to combine.

  2. Cut off root end of mushroom and slice in half length wise for a nice piece.

  3. Coat mushroom in batter and fry until golden.

  4. Chop potatoes and fry until golden as well.

  5. Serve with vegan tartar sauce and enjoy.
