Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method.
Add the tahini, puffed quinoa, and any combination of seeds you like.
Stir to evenly combine and pour into a 9x5 inch dish lined with parchment paper.
Place in the fridge for about an hour to set.
Slice into rectangles or squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
