Cheese & Ham Waffles
  1. Crack four eggs in two bowls, separating your yolks and whites.

  2. Add your baking powder, salt and butter, whisking.

  3. Fold your ham into your yolk.

  4. Mix your egg whites with salt, whisking until stiff peaks form.

  5. Fold half of your egg whites into the yolk mixture, allowing it to settle for a few minutes.

  6. Fold in the remaining egg whites, and then cook your waffles for four minutes each. Repeat until all your batter is used.
