Add 3 boiled potatoes into a ziplock bag.
Add corn starch, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, cheese powder, salt, cheese slice, and chopped coriander.
Mash everything well from outside the bag until smooth.
Flatten the mixture evenly in the bag using a rolling pin.
Keep in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm and easy to cut (not fully frozen).
Cut into stick shapes.
Make a thin batter using all-purpose flour, a little salt, and water.
Dip each potato stick into the batter, coat with bread crumbs, and keep aside.
Fry until golden brown and super crispy.
Sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip.
