Press Tofu for 20 minutes.
Tear into chunks and coat with soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, honey, and cumin.
Put into warmed skillet with oil, pan fry for 15 minutes or until edges are crispy.
Add BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until sauce reduces.
Turn off heat and load your baked potato.
