Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the dough into thin discs, being careful not to break them.
Stuff to taste, I chose a pizza flavor, and then seal.
You can cook in a pan (about 7 minutes per side), or in the oven (fan-assisted, 200 degrees for 20 minutes) or in an air fryer (180 degrees for 15 minutes)!
Your crispy pitas on the outside and stringy on the inside are ready to be served on the table.
