Sunday Sleep Shots
  1. Bring water to boil, add all ingredients, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat, steep covered for 15 minutes.

  3. Strain through fine mesh.

  4. While still warm, stir in the maple syrup, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, sea salt, and aromatic bitters.

  5. Quickly pour into 50mL glass bottles, then chill for up to 10 days.

  6. To serve, pour as cocktail over ice with garnish of your choice, about an hour before bed.
