Coco Larkin–Style Golden Coconut Dumpling Soup (IG Version)

Ingredients

Broth / Base

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped

1–2 cloves garlic (she keeps this light)

1–2 tsp freshly grated ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk

1½–2 cups chicken or vegetable broth (much less than usual)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Greens

1–1½ cups thinly sliced green cabbage

1 bunch chard, stems removed, leaves chopped

2–3 green onions, sliced (mostly for finishing)

Dumplings
