Fudgy Ganache Cups
  1. Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and whizz until a sticky smooth mixture forms

  2. Press the mixture down into cupcake cases or moulds to form the cups

  3. Use a spoon to make a well in the middle for the ganache

  4. Heat the almond milk in a saucepan until almost boiling

  5. Add in the chocolate and leave for 3 minutes before stirring until all melted

  6. Spoon the ganache into the cups

  7. Chill until set, then store in the fridge

  8. Heat them up a little before serving for extra indulgence
