Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and whizz until a sticky smooth mixture forms
Press the mixture down into cupcake cases or moulds to form the cups
Use a spoon to make a well in the middle for the ganache
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan until almost boiling
Add in the chocolate and leave for 3 minutes before stirring until all melted
Spoon the ganache into the cups
Chill until set, then store in the fridge
Heat them up a little before serving for extra indulgence
