Paneer From Scratch
  1. Heat the milk until almost boiling

  2. Add the lemon juice, stir well and take off the heat

  3. After a few minutes, the milk will have curdled, strain through a sieve lined with a cheesecloth, then rinse the curds with cold water

  4. Squeeze out any excess liquid

  5. Place on a plate and put a heavy weight on top (the pan you used for the milk filled with water is a good option) then leave for an hour

  6. Enjoy!
