Roasted Chicken Legs
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a small bowl add oil and spices and mix together to create a paste. Rub the spiced mixture thoroughly over all the chicken legs.

  3. Place the chicken legs onto a sheet pan and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the skin is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked - 165 degrees F internally.

  4. When cooked, remove from the oven, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, and enjoy!
