Season 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on both sides with ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. It might be easiest to combine all the seasoning together in a small bowl then season the chicken breasts. Note: this is the TOTAL amount of seasoning, not the amount to use on each breast.
Place the seasoned chicken into the bottom of a 4-6 quart slow cooker.
In a large bowl, whisk together 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup, ½ cup water and 1 ounce packet chicken gravy mix.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and place on low for 5-6 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Once the chicken is done cooking, shred it with a fork.
Stir everything together in the pot so the chicken is well coated in the gravy.
Serve immediately with rice, egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
