Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta just shy of al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees (200 degrees C).
Transfer the pasta to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Toss to coat.
Working in batches, place pasta in air fryer in a single layer and cook 6 minutes, tossing every 2 minutes to prevent sticking.
Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and repeat with remaining pasta.
