Homemade Korean Strawberry Milk
  1. Start by chopping your strawberries into very small pieces.

  2. Add the chopped strawberries, sugar, honey, and lemon juice to a pot or pan. Stir to coat the strawberries evenly and bring to a gentle simmer on low/medium heat. Stir often to prevent burning. Cook for 15 minutes until strawberries are soft and syrup is slightly thickened.

  3. Let the syrup cool before adding a few spoonful's to your glass. Pour in ice and your choice of milk. If desired add some more fresh slices of strawberries on top and/or on the rim of the glass. Enjoy!
