Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drizzle six distinct strips or puddles of honey onto the parchment paper.
Place two small pieces of butter on top of each honey puddle, for a total of 12 pieces.
Generously sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the butter.
Slice the apple and arrange three apple slices on top of each cinnamon sugar and butter mound, for a total of 18 apple slices.
Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet and separate it into 6 equal portions (or cut it into 6 squares/rectangles if it's a solid sheet). Place each dough portion over one of the apple/butter/honey stacks, gently pressing down around the edges to seal.
Brush the tops of the dough with melted butter.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and immediately invert it onto a cutting board or serving platter.
Gently peel off the parchment paper, revealing the caramelized apple pastries.
Prepare a vanilla glaze (ingredients and method for the glaze are not provided in the video).
Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm pastries.
Serve and enjoy.
