Limoncello Ricotta Custard Squares
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix ricotta and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add in the limoncello, eggs, and vanilla, and whisk until well combined.

  4. Gently fold in the flour, lemon zest, and pinch of salt until just incorporated.

  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth out the top.

  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Let the pan cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

  8. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar, cut into squares, and serve!
