Mix the yogurt and flour into a dough. Divide into balls and leave aside.
To make the filling, add the olive oil, beans and frozen mix to a pan and cook until soft.
Add the spices, tomato puree and tinned tomatoes. Stir and leave to cool fully.
Roll the dough balls into a thin circle. Add a tablespoon of the bean mixture, a sprinkle of grated cheese and fold over.
Add to a pan with a light drizzle of oil over a medium heat. Cover with a lid then cook each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to an air fryer and finish off for 6-8 minutes as the pastry inside wasn't cooked fully.
