Nutrient Boosted Mac And Cheese
  1. Melt butter in a pan and when it’s bubbly and foamy, stir in the flour. Let cook, stirring slightly, for 1 min.

  2. Pour milk in and whisk for a few mins until smooth and thickened.

  3. Stir in pumpkin puree and cheese until smooth. Remove from heat.

  4. Add seasoning and taste to make sure it’s to your liking.

  5. Pour over pasta and mix well, sprinkle more cheese over top and broil for a few mins until top is golden and crispy.

  6. Enjoy!
