Mix everything up and sieve
Add icing sugar to softened butter, mix well
Add eggs little by little and mix well
Add low protein flour, fold to become dough
Divide dough into small dough (according to the paper cup size, my paper cup uses 45-50g each)
Round the dough and press into paper cup to form a thin pastry crust
Pour egg mixture
Bake at 200C for 25mins or until golden brown
