Start. We make a super simple sausage seasoning.
By adding just a little bit of baking soda, you can transform any lean ground meat into something that tastes much more similar to a higher fat sausage that you're used to.
Grab your sheet pan, add diced red and green bell peppers and add that to the oven to roast.
About 50 grams or 4 tablespoons of that sausage seasoning. Give it all a mix and let that sit for at least 15 minutes.
Add to a hot pan, cook till it's fully browned.
Then you're gonna add your cooked chicken sausage right on top of the peppers.
Give it all a mix, and then pour over the blended egg mixture shown on screen.
Toss that in the oven to bake, slice into 12 pieces, assemble your burritos, store frozen and reheat when you're ready to eat.
